Hello and welcome to Rosie's Home Bakes!
I'm Rosie and I am based in CR2, Selsdon, South Croydon.  

I am a Registered Nurse, but run Rosie's Home Bakes in my spare time, and am often found baking late in to the evening and weekends. I have an absolute love for baking and there is nothing better than receiving great feedback about my bakes.
My cakes are decorated with buttercream, ganache or fresh cream.  I sometimes use fondant decorations.
I also make Gluten Free and Vegan cakes.
As well as traditional cakes, I make brownies, brownie stacks and brownie pizzas, letter and number cakes, tray bakes and treat boxes.

I have training in food allergies and intolerances, level 2 hygiene for catering, public liability insurance and registered with the local authority.
