Gluten Free and Vegan
As a Registered Nurse, safeguarding the wellbeing of others is second nature to me, and I bring that same level of care into my baking. I’ve completed training in food allergies and intolerances, and I’m proud to offer gluten free and vegan cakes at no additional cost.
I work closely with every customer to create flavour combinations they love while respecting their dietary needs. Most items on my menu can be adapted to be gluten free or vegan.
All bakes are clearly labelled so customers can see exactly which allergens are present. While my kitchen is not a nut‑free or gluten free environment, I take every possible precaution to minimise the risk of cross contamination.
